Booking Options
We want your booking to be as flexible and trouble-free as your trip so we offer you three ways to get the process started.
Book Online
If, after reviewing all the alternatives available, you feel that you have the program and the date you want, you can secure your booking by making an online payment of your deposit. You can do this by going to the What's Included tab, clicking the Book Online tab and following the step by step instructions. After your deposit is confirmed, you will be contacted by a Personal Trip Coordinator to answer any questions you may have and to establish a timeline for final payment, documents etc.
Personal Trip Coordinators
At Ultitude we are fully committed to personal service before, during and after your trip. Our Personal Trip Coordinators are assigned to you and a limited number of other accounts from the time you contact us to the time you return. If you are unsure of which program to choose, your PTC can make suggestions. If you want a different departure date or different hotel, talk to your PTC. In addition to meeting your needs before you leave, our PTCs contact our colleagues at your destination to let them know of your arrival and make sure that everything is in place.
Professional Travel Agents
If you have an existing relationship with a professional travel agent we are happy to work with them but we do ask that they ,the travel agent, go to the Travel Trade area of the website and register with us. While they are servicing your needs, they are also representing our product and we want to ensure that they have the applicable background and affiliations to do so. If you do not currently work with a travel agent but would like to, you can fill in your zip code in the Travel Agent area and we will provide the contact information for an Ultitude Select Agent closest to your area.
