Highlights:
In the waters of Lake Victoria sits an island that is a lost world in today’s society. Surrounded by pristine waters, elephants roam, birds of all types inhabit the trees and chimpanzees live in a natural habitat, which you get to share, even if only for a limited amount of time.
The rest of your time can involve cruising on Lake Victoria, fishing for that ‘big catch” and enjoying sundowners on the beach as the chef prepares another tantalizing meal for your enjoyment.
Combine this with stays at a working coffee plantation and a working farm on the plateaus of Ngorongoro Crater and you have an adventure that only few could dream about. As for most people, Rubondo Island doesn't exist, but we know it does.
